MIX AND BLENDING SERVICES
Our state-of-the-art blending equipment can introduce up to 25% fat content into your dry mix. From high-fat tortilla mixes to a basic pizza mix, our Specialty Blends brand represents mixes that can be used in both large-scale food production and private labeled in consumer-ready packaging. We can produce conventional, organic and non-GMO blends. If you prefer a clean label version, we can create an ideal mix that meets your needs.
WHAT IS A MIX?
We consider mixes to be a complete blend. Suggesting that all you need to do is add water and in sometimes yeast to create the final product. Simple and easy!
WHAT IS A BASE?
In most cases, a base requires extra ingredients such as eggs, milk, yeast or oil to create a finished product. Examples include cake mixes, baking mixes and pizza mixes.
WHAT IS A CONCENTRATE?
These are very similar to a base only they are much more concentrated. Some may need the addition of ingredients such as sugar.
